The firm was founded in 2023 by Partners Tom Kline and Patrick Sieb, who previously co-led the Climate Tech fund at Investible. Their focus areas span asset management AI, distributed energy resources, energy management software, grid enhancing technologies, renewables deployment, storage optimisation, electrification, logistics optimisation, low carbon liquid fuels, maritime and shipping efficiency, port operations, critical minerals, industrial heating, sustainable materials and chemicals, recycling, green steel, and mine operations. A notable investment includes Hullbot, an Australian robotics company focused on decarbonising global shipping, which closed a $16 million (AUD) Series A round.

The team brings extensive expertise to the climate tech sector. Patrick Sieb has a background in infrastructure and corporate advisory, early-stage investing, and co-founded an IoT startup, with 22 years in investment banking. Tom Kline established and led New Energy Solar, a renewable energy fund, and worked in power and utilities investment banking. The investment committee is chaired by Topaz Conway, with Noga Edelstein as a member. Emily Bjorklund Drake supports the firm's corporate engagement strategy, bringing over 15 years of experience in energy and cleantech innovation.
