They have recently acquired a $208 million portfolio of Class B warehouses in Northern New Jersey, three open-air retail centers in Oklahoma City for $212 million, and a Red Hook property in Brooklyn for $34 million to expand its production studio portfolio. Additionally, they provided $94 million in refinancing for a hotel renovation in Tampa, Florida, and acquired a portfolio of six medical outpatient facilities in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
