Azimut Alternative Capital Partners (AACP), established in 2019, is the New York-based GP Stakes business of the Azimut Group, a global player in asset and wealth management. The firm specializes in acquiring minority equity stakes in private markets firms, including those focused on private equity, private credit, and real assets. AACP targets lower middle market firms with assets under management (AUM) ranging from $500 million to $3 billion at the time of investment, primarily operating in North America and Western Europe.
