Founded in 2019 by Tim Green, Ashley Long, and Vikram Krishna, Apse Capital brings together a core team with extensive private equity experience. Prior to establishing Apse Capital, members of the team were involved in overseeing a significant number of transactions, financings, and fundraisings with an aggregate value of €2.5 billion at a predecessor firm, GMT Communications Partners LLP, from which Apse Capital LLP changed its name in August 2025.

Notable investments in their portfolio include companies like Kallidus, TerraQuest Solutions, and Ultima Business Solutions. In November 2024, Apse Capital announced the successful closing of a €350 million continuation fund, led by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, to acquire three existing assets from Apse Capital Bridge Fund, demonstrating continued conviction in their portfolio companies.

The Apse Capital team comprises experienced professionals, including the three co-founding partners: Tim Green, who serves as Managing Partner with over three decades of private equity experience; Ashley Long, Partner & CFO, with over two decades of private equity investment experience; and Vikram Krishna, Partner, also with over two decades of private equity experience. Jean-Sébastien Talbot, a Principal, contributes almost two decades of private equity experience to the team.
