Aldea Ventures

Aldea Ventures is a pan-European venture capital firm based in Barcelona, founded in 2020. The firm employs a hybrid investment strategy that combines commitments to micro VCs at early stages with direct co-investments in high-growth technology startups. This model allows Aldea to build a broad network of innovation scouts across Europe, helping it stay close to the most promising entrepreneurial activity.

Since its inception, Aldea Ventures has launched two investment funds. The first fund aimed to raise €100 million. The second fund targets €125 million, with €50 million raised in its first closing. Aldea has backed more than 50 fund managers and high-growth startups, with portfolio names including Automata, Kenbi, Podimo, and Sorare, alongside VC funds such as Moonfire, Cocoa, Green Generation Fund, and Semantic Ventures.
