ABAC Nest Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm that focuses on investing in technology-based businesses, particularly B2B SaaS solutions, across Southern Europe. The firm targets startups in their Seed and Pre-Seed stages, with initial investments ranging from €50,000 to €500,000 per deal. They seek out founders with strong conviction and a clear purpose, aiming to support the creation of highly scalable companies. ABAC Nest Ventures is the venture capital arm of Abac Capital, a multi-asset strategy firm with over €600 million under management across all its vehicles.

ABAC Nest Ventures was founded in 2017 in Barcelona, Spain, by the team behind Abac Capital. Borja Martinez de la Rosa, who co-founded Abac Capital in 2014, is a Founding Partner. Joan Pina and Rubén Bonet are also key promoters of Abac Nest, bringing extensive entrepreneurial and deep tech experience to the firm. The firm recently launched its Abac Nest II FCRE fund, which has exceeded €20 million in its final closing, with plans to grow to at least €30 million. The ABAC Nest team comprises experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and operating partners. Key members include Borja Martinez de la Rosa, a Founding Partner with a background at Apax Partners, Goldman Sachs, and The Boston Consulting Group; Joan Pina, a Serial Entrepreneur who founded multiple digital companies; and Rubén Bonet, a Venture Partner and co-founder of Fractus, a successful deep tech company. Marta Campillo serves as Principal, bringing experience from BStartup and ESADE Business School, while Tristán Conde is an Associate.
