PERE Europe Forum is the leading European real estate private equity gathering — two days in London produced by PERE (PEI Group), the trade publication that has tracked global REPE since its institutional emergence. The forum convenes the LPs and GPs active in European real estate at a moment when the asset class has been substantially reshaped by interest-rate normalization and the resulting reset in capital values.

The agenda concentrates on the substantive questions European REPE faces post-correction. Sector rotation — the structural shift away from traditional office, the maturation of logistics as a core institutional category, the rise of multifamily and student housing in markets where the rental dynamics support it, and the early-stage build-out of European data centers.
